I am a Registered Dietitian, RRCA Certified Run Coach, Metabolic Specialist, mom of three furry dogs! Former Tax Accountant, UT Volunteer through and through. Originally from the Motor City, long time resident of Music City, frequently living in Race City USA. Lake and people lover, mushroom aficionado. A good blend of Italian and Dutch!
